Charlotte Investment Property – Summary
This was a six week project of a home that sat vacant for years and was the eye sore of the neighborhood. Work began with the complete gut of the entire home, new concrete poured to level the slab, rewire the entire home, converted a Jack and Jill bath room into two full bathrooms. Reframe of the interior kitchen, dining room and living room into one large open space, opening up the rear wall and installing a sliding door to a new deck. HVAC moved to the attic location allowing a new closet area to be used as a stackable washer and dryer laundry room. New siding, roof, custom cedar shutters and privacy fence to enclose the entire rear of the property. Now this is the nicest home in the Charlotte neighborhood.
