Charlotte Investment Property – Summary
A Ranch remodel project that which included combining the dining room and kitchen to into one large space with the addition of a patio door to a new deck. Perfectly matched narrow hard wood floor was weaved in to create a seamless match making the entire home hardwood floors looking like new. An old exterior utility room was converted to a heated laundry room with access from the kitchen. New kitchen design and two new custom bathrooms completed the transformation of an outdated ranch to a modern one of a kind home.
